Jackie Anderson M.S., CCC-SLP

Point Wellness Co. is thrilled to have the expertise of Jackie Anderson, a certified speech-language pathologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating speech-language disorders in toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. Jackie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University, and earned a Master of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Jackie worked at the Center for Autism Services, Sciences and Innovation (CASSI) at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore , MD for over 7 years and specializes in working with neurodiverse populations. She brings a research-based, play-centered approach to her evaluations. Jackie is certified in the Hanen Centre’s More Than Words Program and has extensive experience administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2). She is also formally trained in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) framework, gestalt language processing & child-led therapy.

When Jackie is not helping children identify and reach their goals, or spending time with her own family, she proudly serves as an adjunct professor at Monmouth University in their Master of Science SLP program.
